Returns & Exchanges
Initiate a Return
To begin a return for U.S. orders, please click the link above. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
From the list provided, select the item(s) you wish to return. Kindly note that items falling outside our 30-day return window (calculated from the purchase date) may not be eligible for return processing.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your refund to be issued after the returned items have been shipped. Once your return reaches our facility, we will inspect it and complete the refund process within 15 business days. Processing times may vary due to shipping delays or operating adjustments.
U.S. Return & Exchange Guidelines

Products are returnable within 30 days from the purchase date (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Only items bought directly from misshaus.online are eligible for return. Purchases made elsewhere must be addressed with the original retailer.

Items must be in original condition — unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Products marked as "Final Sale," "Outlet," or "Limited Edition" cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
If you happen to receive defective or damaged final sale, outlet, or limited edition products, please reach out to us at support@misshaus.online. If, upon inspection, returned items are found opened or used, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
For allergy-related returns, please include photographs of the reaction to help us review your request.
Please ensure that the correct return reason is selected when using a prepaid return label. Returns submitted with inaccurate reasons may be subject to a $7.99 deduction for shipping/handling fees from your refund.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment.
Reward Points & Returns
Any reward points earned from products that are returned will be deducted from your account. If you used reward points to purchase an item and later return it, your reward points will be restored only if the entire order is refunded. We are unable to process partial reward points credits for partial refunds.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our standard return procedure for a refund or reward points, and then place a new order for the desired product.
