How do I join as a member?
Joining is quick and free — just register an account with us to become a member!
What membership levels are available?
Our membership program includes three tiers: Plus, Prestige, and Premiere. All new members automatically start at the Plus level. Your tier will be adjusted based on your total spending within the past 12 months.
How do I move up in membership tiers?
Your tier level is determined by your cumulative spending on qualifying purchases over a rolling one-year period (note: purchases made with rewards points do not count). As your spending meets the thresholds, you’ll be promoted accordingly. If your annual spending drops below the required amount, your tier may be downgraded back to Plus.
How do I collect Rewards Points?
Once registered, you’ll earn points every time you shop with us or engage with us on social media. Points are awarded for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases at misshaus.com, excluding taxes and shipping fees (rounded down to the nearest dollar). You can earn up to 10 points per $1 spent.
Will my Rewards Points expire?
Yes — all points will expire one year after they are issued.
How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
Points can be exchanged for discount coupons:

500 points = $5 off

1,000 points = $10 off

1,500 points = $15 off
Once converted to coupons, points cannot be refunded or transferred back. You can also redeem points for exclusive Missha products. Please note, point redemption requires a minimum purchase of $60. The selection of redeemable products may change at Missha’s discretion and are subject to limited availability. Also, purchases made with rewards points do not accumulate new points. Coupons and points cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Can I merge points from multiple accounts?
No — Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined across different accounts.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return an order, any points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used points to get a discount, those points will be credited back to your account upon return.
Membership Program Updates (Effective June 1, 2024)
Changes to our membership structure and benefits officially take effect on June 1, 2024. Any new policies, features, or modifications to the rewards program will apply from that date forward.
