Shipping Scope & Order Notifications

At Misshaus.store, we currently dispatch orders exclusively within the United States and its official territories as recognized by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Applicable sales tax is only applied to qualifying orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey or California.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once we have processed the order. Should there be any issues with your purchase, we will reach out via email.

Important: We do not take responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after dispatch. Additionally, if an incorrect shipping address is submitted at the time of purchase, Misshaus US will not be held liable for undelivered orders. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist in redirecting the package, successful delivery cannot be guaranteed if the address provided is inaccurate.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. For a full refund, items must be returned unused and sealed in their original packaging. If, during our inspection, returned items are found to be opened or used, we reserve the right to determine whether they are eligible for refund.

  • Allergy-Related Returns: Please provide clear photo evidence to qualify for a refund.

  • Color/ Shade Returns: We do not issue refunds for color-based returns but may offer store reward points instead.

To initiate a return, contact us at  support@misshaus.online with your order number and the product details. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returning items.

We only accept exchange requests if the product received is defective. For delayed or missing shipments, kindly allow 30 days for our team to conduct a thorough investigation.

How to Return or Exchange

When sending back items, please make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • The return form inside the package

If your original invoice is missing, kindly provide the following details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Description of the product being returned
  • The amount paid
  • Your payment method (including credit card type, cardholder’s name, and card number if applicable for refund)

Returned products must remain unopened and unused unless pre-approved. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely. If upon inspection the returned item does not meet the agreed return conditions, we will contact you, and the matter will be addressed based on the item's status.
